To report an error
Name the guide and the fact you think is wrong. A link to the official source helps: an embassy, immigration or government travel advice page, or the operator’s own terms. When we correct a guide, it shows an “Updated” date and keeps its first publish date. The editorial policy explains how corrections work.
What we cannot answer
We cannot give personal travel, visa, legal or medical advice, so we cannot answer questions about your own trip or passport. For an entry rule, ask the embassy or immigration office of the country you plan to visit.
What happens to your message
We use your message only to answer you, or to fix the error you report. We keep it for 12 months after our last reply, or for 12 months after it arrives if we do not reply. Cloudflare forwards it to our inbox. The privacy page has the details.
